Salvage car collection
Collections take place Monday – Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm, excluding Bank Holidays. In some circumstances your vehicle can be collected during the weekend. However, this is down to the discretion of the collector. The collecting agent will contact you to arrange a date and time which is most convenient for you.
Does my vehicle need to be clean?
No, you don’t need to clean and wash down your vehicle, just make sure your personal belongings and any rubbish are removed from the vehicle before collection.
How long will it take until I receive the money?
All payments will be submitted once the vehicle has been collected. The time it will take to be processed will depend on the method used. Please note, if payment is made via cheque it can take up to 3-4 days. In addition, bank transfers can be instant or take a few days to process.
