Your vehicle can be collected Monday – Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm, excluding Bank Holidays. In some circumstances your vehicle can be collected during the weekend. However, this is down to the discretion of the collector. The collecting agent will contact you to discuss the most convenient day and time for you.
What do I need to do to prepare for the collection?

Does it matter if I have taken parts off of my vehicle?
